Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Workling LLC ("Workling", "we", "us") operates workling.com, a recruiting and referral service that matches candidates to work opportunities at third-party partner platforms and employers ("Partners"). These Terms govern your use of the site and of our candidate services.

2. The service

Workling is free for candidates. You submit one application; we assess your profile against open roles at our Partners and, with your authorization, refer you and/or submit applications to Partners on your behalf. Partners pay us referral or placement fees; those fees never reduce the compensation a Partner offers you.

Workling is not your employer, staffing agency of record, or agent for any engagement you enter with a Partner. Any work relationship, compensation, and its terms are strictly between you and the Partner. We do not guarantee referrals, interviews, engagements, or income.

3. Referral authorization

By submitting an application on workling.com you authorize Workling to:

  1. create and maintain a candidate profile from the information you provide (including your resume and LinkedIn profile) and from your interactions with our service;
  2. share that profile and your application details with the Partner companies you selected at submission time;
  3. submit applications and referrals to those Partners on your behalf — both for the roles shown to you at submission time and for future roles at those Partners that match your profile; and
  4. contact you by email about your applications, matched roles, and other opportunities that fit your skills.

You may exclude any Partner before submitting, and you may withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing hello@workling.com. Withdrawal does not affect applications already submitted to a Partner.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that it's yours, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are legally able to perform the work you apply for. Impersonation, fabricated credentials, or automated submission of applications to our service may result in removal of your profile and cancellation of pending referrals.

5. Partners are independent

Partners make their own decisions about your application — including screening steps (such as skills assessments or interviews), acceptance, rejection, rates, and termination. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review when you sign up with them. We are not responsible for Partners' decisions, platforms, or payments.

6. Intellectual property & acceptable use

The site, its content and branding are ours or our licensors'. Don't scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workling's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new version tag. Where a change affects the referral authorization above, we will ask for your consent again the next time you use the service.
