Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Workling LLC ("Workling", "we", "us") — the operator of workling.com — handles your information.

1. What we collect

When you apply we collect the information you give us: name, email, phone, country, LinkedIn URL, and your resume (including the text we extract from it). We also record how you use the service — pages opened, links clicked, applications submitted — together with technical data such as IP address and browser, which we use for security, attribution and improving the service. If you applied through a job posting on another site (for example LinkedIn), we receive the application data you submitted there.

2. How we use it

We use your information to match you to roles, to refer you and submit applications to the Partner companies you authorize, to communicate with you about your applications and matched opportunities, and to operate and secure the service. We keep a record of your consent choices (including which Partners you selected) as evidence of your authorization.

3. Who we share it with

With the Partner companies you authorize: your profile, resume and application details. With service providers who host our infrastructure and deliver our email (e.g., cloud and CRM providers) under contractual confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep your profile while it remains active so we can keep matching you to new roles. You can ask us to delete it at any time (below); we keep minimal records where needed as evidence of consent or to meet legal obligations.

5. Your choices

Email hello@workling.com to access, correct, export or delete your data, to withdraw your referral authorization, or to stop receiving matching emails. Transactional emails about applications you've already made may still be sent.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, application links are unique per person and stored only in hashed form, and access to candidate data is restricted to Workling operators who need it.
