About Workling

Looking for good remote work is a part-time job in itself: dozens of companies, each with its own postings, forms and screening process — and no way to know which roles are actually worth your time.

Workling fixes that with one move: apply once, and let the roles find you. We aggregate open roles across our partner companies — full-time positions and flexible hourly projects — match them honestly against your skills, and, with your permission, handle the applications. When new roles open that fit you, we bring those to you too.

Today a lot of our roles come from the fast-growing AI economy, where platforms pay experts of every kind — engineers, writers, physicians, marketers, teachers — to train and evaluate their models. But that's a starting point, not a boundary: we keep adding partners across every remote-friendly category.

We're free for candidates and always will be: partner companies pay us referral fees out of their recruiting budgets, and only when a referral works out. Our incentives are aligned with yours — we only earn when you land work you're actually suited for.
