How Workling works
Workling is a one-application recruiting agency. Employers — from leading AI platforms to companies hiring remote talent in every field — pay us to find skilled people; we find the roles that fit you. Here's the whole process, start to finish.
1 · Apply once
Fill in one short form: contact details plus your resume or LinkedIn profile. If you applied through one of our job posts, we'll email you a personal link with everything already filled in.
2 · We match you
We compare your background against every open role at our partner platforms — pay, requirements, languages, availability — and show you the ones you genuinely fit. No spray-and-pray: a bad referral hurts us with the partner, so we only surface honest matches.
3 · You stay in control
Before anything leaves our hands you see exactly which partner companies we'd like to refer you to, and you can exclude any of them with one click. You can also authorize us to keep matching you to future roles so you never miss an opening.
4 · We handle the applications
For some partners we submit your application directly on your behalf; for others you get a one-click link that lands you in their signup with our referral attached. Either way, the partner contacts you directly for next steps (many run a short skills check or interview).
5 · Work and get paid
You work directly with the partner platform — full-time, or hourly on your own schedule; both kinds of roles come through our matching — at their published rates. Payment comes straight from them — Workling never touches your earnings.
How does Workling make money?
Partner companies pay us a referral fee when someone we introduce starts working with them. That fee comes out of their recruiting budget, not your pay. That's also why we're picky about matches: we only get paid when a referral actually works out.
